Some advice on web design

1) Do not mould too much GIF and Flash animation. I do not speak, that it should not be at all, on the contrary if It is used correctly and to a place only to improve a kind of your web site but when it is too much is inserted out of place can bring to nothing all your diligence.

Do not add more than one such line. It content should be informative – for example news of a web site, or any useful information. There should not be phrases of type ” Welcome to my Web site ” is very much irritates visitors. Also it is important to pick up correct speed of scrolling and, besides, It needs to be stuck there where It will not stir.

4) Correctly pick up colors. I have in view of that it is necessary to choose that color of a font that will be well visible on the background chosen by you. Colors should not be too bright; they should contrast with each other. For the beginning I advise to try classics: black on white.

5) Not abuse Java. It is possible to add any clock or still that, but not abuse it. It is necessary to observe moderation.

6) Write the size of the files which have been laid out on uploading. If you give the link to any file it is necessarily specify it’s size that the visitor knew on what it goes.

7) Observe elements of formatting. Do not forget to divide the text into paragraphs, to do spaces, tables. Then the text will be much easier for reading through.

Make out all web site pages in one color scale. That is, if on the main web site page color of a background at you, for example grey and on other web site pages to make it same.

9) Do not put on one web site page many banners. Why? Because they are long loaded, frighten off visitors and overload design.

10) Try to do as small as possible spelling errors and typing errors.
